1. Agreement
These Terms are an agreement between you and Black Sands Ventures, Inc.. By accessing or using UNIVRS, creating an account, purchasing a membership, joining a household, or redeeming a gift, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 to create an independent account. A parent or legal guardian may create or manage a child profile in an eligible Family household. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, activity under your account, and promptly reporting unauthorized access.
3. UNIVRS is an independent planning service
UNIVRS is not an official service of Disney, Universal, Six Flags, SeaWorld, or any destination operator. Park names and trademarks belong to their owners. UNIVRS does not control park operations, ticket rules, reservations, attraction availability, accessibility policies, safety requirements, weather, transportation, or third-party services.
4. Trip and live information
Maps, waits, hours, showtimes, closures, recommendations, crowd guidance, travel time, weather, and other destination information may be delayed, incomplete, estimated, or changed without notice. Always confirm time-sensitive, safety-critical, accessibility, admission, and reservation information with the official destination or provider. UNIVRS is not a substitute for emergency, medical, safety, or professional advice.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse UNIVRS, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, scrape or reproduce protected content at scale, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate others, abuse invitations or notifications, circumvent membership controls, or use the service to violate law or third-party rights.
6. User content and shared activity
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Black Sands Ventures, Inc. a non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate UNIVRS. Content shared with a trip or household may be visible to invited participants according to their permissions. Do not upload content you lack the right to use.
7. Annual memberships
Passport+ costs $29 per year and Family costs $59 per year unless a different annual price is displayed at checkout. Membership is billed once per year—UNIVRS does not offer a monthly membership plan. Taxes may apply.
Automatically renewing memberships renew once per year until renewal is canceled. The annual renewal price and date are shown at checkout or in Billing. You may turn off renewal through the billing center when available. Cancellation stops a future annual charge and normally leaves paid benefits active through the end of the current term.
Upgrades take effect after successful payment. Downgrades and cancellation timing may depend on the billing option selected. Membership features may evolve, but we will not knowingly charge a different annual amount without notice and authorization required by law.
8. Refunds
A customer may request a refund of the initial Passport+ or Family annual membership purchase within 30 days of that purchase. The satisfaction guarantee is available once per individual, household, and payment method during any 24-month period. Creating another account, using another email address, joining or leaving a household, purchasing through a related account, or otherwise attempting to circumvent this limitation does not create a new refund entitlement. The guarantee does not apply to annual renewals, prorated upgrades, previously refunded customers, redeemed gift memberships, fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.
Submit an eligible request through Profile → Billing while signed into the purchasing account. We may request reasonable verification and review related account, household, payment-method, and refund-history signals to prevent duplicate or abusive claims. A shared payment method or household relationship does not by itself determine the outcome.
When a refund is approved, the paid membership and associated premium household access end immediately. The account returns to Passport Free, and existing trips and eligible free account information remain available. This policy does not limit non-waivable rights under applicable law.
9. Gift memberships
A gift provides one year of the selected tier and does not automatically renew for the recipient. Gifts may be limited to the intended recipient email, may expire if not redeemed within the stated period, have no cash value except where required by law, and may not be resold or used fraudulently. A redeemed or partially used gift is non-refundable except where required by law.
10. Family households
The household owner controls invitations, roles, seats, ownership, and household settings. Members must use their own accounts. The owner is responsible for child-profile management and for obtaining any permissions required for information entered about minors. A user may belong to only one household at a time. Ownership may be transferred using supported controls.
11. Third-party services and purchases
Stripe processes payments. Google may provide authentication and maps. Content, tickets, dining, travel, merchandise, and other links may be provided by third parties. Their terms, policies, fulfillment, refunds, and warranties govern those services. UNIVRS is not responsible for a third party’s acts or omissions.
12. Intellectual property
UNIVRS software, designs, branding, original text, Dares, game systems, and related materials are owned by Black Sands Ventures, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms grant a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service. No ownership is transferred.
13. Service changes, suspension, and termination
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features; perform maintenance; or restrict accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, or threaten the service. You may stop using UNIVRS at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
14. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UNIVRS is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so portions may not apply to you.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Sands Ventures, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, lost profits, missed reservations, travel disruption, personal injury caused by a destination or third party, or reliance on delayed or inaccurate information. Our aggregate liability for claims related to a paid membership will not exceed the amount you paid to UNIVRS during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless law requires otherwise.
16. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Black Sands Ventures, Inc. from claims arising from your misuse of UNIVRS, violation of these Terms, unlawful content, or infringement of another person’s rights.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Nevada law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer law requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, contact [email protected] and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally. Venue for permitted court proceedings will be in Clark County, Nevada, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
18. Changes and miscellaneous terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an effective update means acceptance where permitted by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without consent; we may assign them as part of a business transaction.
