Account access and Google sign-in
Use Continue with Google or your UNIVRS email and password. Google sign-in uses a secure popup and returns you directly to UNIVRS. If the popup is blocked, allow popups for this site or use email sign-in.
Never share your password or a household invitation link publicly.
Creating and managing Trips
Create a trip from the top navigation, choose dates and destinations, then build the day-by-day itinerary. Trips are private to the owner and invited travelers. Use the trip switcher to move between saved trips without creating duplicates.
Today’s Action
Today’s Action is the shared operating view for one itinerary day. It shows what is happening now, what is next, party readiness, alerts, the timeline, and Live Map handoff.
Live Map and destination information
Choose a destination from Live Map. Available layers may include attractions, waits, shows, characters, dining, shops, and services. Always confirm safety-critical information, official hours, closures, accessibility requirements, and reservation rules with the destination operator.
Passport, badges, and park-specific Games
Play is the home for Passport progress, Games, seasonal progress, badges, collections, and community milestones. Some experiences require Passport+ or Family.
Passport+ and Family
Passport+ is an individual annual membership. Family includes Passport+ benefits plus a governed household with up to five members, invitations, roles, seat management, and ownership controls. Memberships are charged once per year.
Billing and annual renewal
Open Profile → Billing. Paid, automatically renewing memberships can use the billing center to manage payment details, invoices, and renewal. Turning off renewal prevents the next annual charge but does not immediately remove access for the paid term.
Eligible initial annual purchases can be submitted from Profile → Billing during the stated request window. A refund ends paid access immediately after approval while preserving eligible Passport Free trips and account information. The guarantee is limited to one approved claim per individual, household, and payment method during the policy lookback.
Gift memberships
A gift provides one year of the selected membership and does not automatically renew for the recipient. The recipient must redeem the private gift link using the intended email address.
Household invitations and seats
The Family owner can invite members, cancel pending invitations, remove members, rename the household, and transfer ownership. A traveler can belong to only one household at a time.
Notifications and device permissions
The in-app bell works independently of browser notifications. Device notifications require explicit browser permission. You can change alert categories and delivery preferences in Settings.
Privacy, data requests, and account deletion
Read the Privacy Policy for the information UNIVRS uses and your choices. Send privacy and deletion requests to [email protected] from the email connected to the account.
